In the spirit of the Olympic Games, Rio 2016, and continuing the culinary surprises, the Swell restaurant in Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites is pleased to host the Chef of the Brazilian Embassy in Athens, Mr. Elias Sufi during the weekend 19, 20 and August 21st, 2016.

Together with the chef à la carte Swell restaurant, they will create a menu of typical Brazilian culture with Cretan and Greek quality products taste.
