Chef Executif Dominique Perrot at Swell Restaurant

Continuing the gourmet surprises, the Swell restaurant in the Knossos Beach Bungalows & Suites is more than happy to welcome the Chef Executif Mr. Dominique Perrot during the weekend 29th, 30th and July 31st, 2016. Mr. D. Perrot is the Chef of the Acropolis Museum restaurant, which combines French culinary art in the Greek cuisine. He also offers his services to the Foreign Ministry in Athens, Hellenic Parliament as well as in many embassies in Greece.

Along with the Chef of the a la carte Swell Restaurant, Exarchos Delimpasis, the duo will combine French finesse in cooking with great Cretan raw materials.

Mr. Perrot has served as the personal chef of the French President Francois Mitterrand, the Minister of Interior of the French Republic, the Admirals governors of the aircraft carrier “Foch” and “Clemenceau”, Admiral-commander Indian Ocean zone. He has also served as Chef Executif in hotel – “Le Faude” restaurant in Alsace, Chef Executif at NJV Meridien hotel Athena. In 1993 he created the Elysee company in Athens and he teaches French cuisine in major hotel chains worldwide.
